Schools hub

School districts for CBH new homes

Every CBH community in the Treasure Valley and beyond sits inside a real school district. This hub maps the districts to the cities where CBH builds, explains what each one is like, and shows you how to confirm the school for the exact lot before you build.

Explore the districts

Which district covers the CBH community you are looking at?

Each district page covers the communities it serves, the grade levels, what it is like to buy a new home there, and how to confirm your address's assignment.

How do I confirm the school for a new-build address?

  1. 1

Pick the community and the specific lot you are considering, not just the neighborhood name.

  2. 2

Ask the district office (the official sites are linked on every district page) for the feeder elementary, middle, and high school for that address.

  3. 3

Ask whether the address is inside the district boundary or on a line that could move as new phases open.

  4. 4

Write down what the district confirms, and I will do the same check on your side before you sign anything.

Boundaries, enrollment, and programs change, so the district office is the final word on anything date-sensitive. School district questions, answered

Which school district serves CBH communities in Meridian?

Meridian, Eagle, and Star are all served by the West Ada School District, Idaho's largest district. Exact school assignments still depend on the individual lot address.

Do Nampa and Caldwell each have their own school district?

Yes, plus one more. Nampa School District serves most of Nampa, Caldwell School District serves Caldwell's core, and the Vallivue School District serves growing parts of both cities. The exact boundary depends on the address.

Why should I check the school district before buying a new build?

School assignment follows the address, not the community name. New neighborhoods on the edge of a district line can feed a different school than the one across the street, so an address-level check prevents surprises after you sign.

Is the school information on this page guaranteed?

No, and it should not be treated as final. Boundaries, enrollment, and programs change, so confirm anything date-sensitive with the district office for the exact lot address before you build.
